DELIVERY POLICY
SAANRO is all about customer service, it’s what separates us from the competition and why our customers keep coming back.
One of the ways we achieve this trust and loyalty from our customers is our incredibly convenient delivery service.
All orders received before 2 pm qualify for next-day delivery and should be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed within 1 working day. You will receive an email to confirm your order once placed, and another to confirm despatch.
All orders of 5L-25L containers of the same product are subject to a maximum 1-day lead time in case of low stock.
All orders of more than 10 5L-25L and any 205L or 1000L quantities are subject to a maximum of 3-day lead time in case of low stock. Products will be manufactured and despatched as soon as possible.
SHIPPING RATES
We currently offer a next-day delivery service to UK mainland at a flat rate of £5.60exc VAT. However free shipping is available on all orders over £30
Deliveries are made between 10 am and 4 pm during working days including Saturday.
COLLECTION
In store pickup is always available on working days between 9am-5:30pm. Please await confirmation that your order is ready before collecting.
We request you bring a copy of your order confirmation with you to verify your order with us.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at it@saanro.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@saanro.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
