These terms and conditions govern your use of our websites and services; by using our website or services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website. You must be aged 18 or over to use any of our services. As in accordance with English law the services listed on our website are for entertainment purposes only.
(2) Conditions of Sale
A binding contract is created between Saanro International Ltd and the Customer when the Customer receives communication from Saanro confirming receipt of the order. The Customer agrees to abide by Saanro International terms and conditions as shown below.
(3) Privacy and Security
When purchasing goods on this website, we assure you that at no time will any personal information be sold on to a third party. Any personal information obtained is held in confidence. Our site allows you to pay for your order with your Credit or Debit card through the PayPal secure server. This ensures security and at no time are your credit or debit card numbers written down.
Saanro aims to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days, dependant on stock levels and availability. You should allow 7 days before the product is required to avoid disappointment; however, every effort will be made to ensure your goods are received before this. Please note, that if your order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, another delivery charge will be incurred to reship the order. We will contact you in this instance. If your order is signed for at an incorrect address due to address being entered incorrectly, we will do all we can to have the error rectified but this may incur another charge. Please contact us if you require further details.
(5) Product Availability
Should any item on the website be unavailable, Saanro will offer you, the Customer, a suitable alternative prior to the order being despatched. Immediate contact will be made to avoid any further inconvenience. Any substitution we make will be of equivalent or better quality and will be agreed upon before delivery of the item(s).
All product prices quoted on the website are subject to alteration without notice to take account of fluctuations in the cost of labour and materials and of alterations in rates of exchange and import duty that may occur during manufacturing of the products. Saanro International Ltd shall be entitled to adjust the price to take account of any alteration made by the buyer to the specifications or other information supplied by the buyer. Unless specified otherwise, all prices listed on this website are not inclusive of VAT or delivery costs, which are added to the basket total and clearly displayed upon checkout.
We want you to be happy when you shop at Saanro International Ltd. As such, our returns and cancellation policies fully comply with the Consumer Contracts and E-Commerce Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If the product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition or is defective in any way, the customer is entitled to a full refund if this is reported up to 30 days after the date of purchase. If a product develops a fault in the six months from the date of purchase, which is outside of the customer’s control, they are also entitled to a refund if the product cannot be replaced or repaired. Any transit damage, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect your goods for any cosmetic damage, incorrect goods, missing parts or other problems as soon as you receive them. If this is done after delivery has taken place, you are required to contact us within 3 days of delivery of your goods, giving full details of any problems for us to arrange for suitable action to be taken.
Any refunds will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and only after inspection of the goods to determine the cause of the defect. Saanro are not liable to refund for defects which have occurred because of negligence, misuse or improper handling or storage of products or machinery. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We will not accept return of opened or used products unless faulty or unless we agree in writing first. If you wish to return goods, please send them back to: Returns Department, Saanro International, Unit 3 Taylor Court, Carrs Industrial Estate, Haslingden, Lancashire, BB4 5LA. It is vital that with the return you give full details of your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use recorded delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. If, however, the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded once we have assessed the item and are satisfied that it is faulty.
Customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear written statement (e.g. a letter, fax or email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. In the event of a cancellation after the goods have been dispatched, it is your responsibility to arrange and bear the cost for their return. If you wish to return goods, please send them back to: Returns Department, Saanro International, Unit 3 Taylor Court, Carrs Industrial Estate, Haslingden, Lancashire, BB4 5LA. It is vital that with the return you give full details of your name, full address, order number, order date and receipt date (if applicable).
If you cancel, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and only after they have been inspected to ensure they have not been tampered with and are in a state to be resold. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. The value of this deduction is solely at our discretion.
(9) Health & Safety
All products supplied by Saanro International Ltd come with instructions and warnings. Full CLP MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) are available on request. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the health and safety information is adhered to and all statutory government or local authority regulations are complied with in relation to the use of any products purchased from Saanro International Ltd. The majority of the items we supply are not suitable for children and should be kept out of their reach. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to supervise the use of all goods supplied through the website.

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
