Returns Policy

Your Entitlements


We want you to be happy when you shop at Saanro International Ltd. As such, our returns and cancellation policies fully comply with the Consumer Contracts and E-Commerce Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If the product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition or is defective in any way, you are entitled to a full refund if this is reported up to 30 days after the date of purchase. If a product develops a fault in the six months from the date of purchase, which is outside of your control, you are also entitled to a refund if the product cannot be replaced or repaired.


Your Responsibilities


Any transit damage, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.


Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect your goods for any cosmetic damage, incorrect goods, missing parts or other problems as soon as you receive them. If this is done after delivery has taken place, you are required to contact us within 3 days of delivery of your goods, giving full details of any problems for us to arrange for suitable action to be taken.


Refund Procedure


Any refunds will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and only after inspection of the goods to determine the cause of the defect. Saanro are not liable to refund for defects which have occurred because of negligence, misuse or improper handling or storage of products or machinery. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We will not accept return of opened or used products unless faulty or unless we agree in writing first.

It is vital that with the return you give full details of your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use recorded delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.


Costs of Return Postage


Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. If, however, the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded once we have assessed the item and are satisfied that it is faulty.
