Customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
How to Cancel an Order
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear written statement (e.g. a letter, fax or email) within the cancellation period. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. In the event of a cancellation after the goods have been dispatched, it is your responsibility to arrange and bear the cost for their return. It is vital that with the return you give full details of your name, full address, order number, order date and receipt date (if applicable).

If you cancel, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and only after they have been inspected to ensure they have not been tampered with and are in a state to be resold. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. The value of this deduction is solely at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation after the goods have been dispatched, it is your responsibility to arrange and bear the cost for their return.
